This past Saturday the Ridge Landing Airpark crew took a trip up to Gainesville (KGNV) to watch the Florida GATORS take on Florida State University.  What would have been a 2.5 hour drive to Gainesville, was quick work in the Cirrus at just over 30 minutes (we had a nice tailwind headed north). The weather was gorgeous! Once we were on the ground we hopped a cab to a friends house for food and beverages! Soon enough it was game time so we started walking to the stadium. Gainesville was buzzing with excitement because Florida Vs FSU is a legitimate grudge match! Unfortunately, the Gators took a beating early on and things did not improve! I had a blast being that it was my first NCAA College football game! The funniest part of the whole trip was it took us longer to get a cab back to the airport than it took for us to fly home! Got to love flying!
